Shipping and Return Policies

• All sales are final, if an item is damaged in transit please contact Mady Berry Makes with images and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
• All international buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes.
• All items are shipped with Royal Mail tracked and signed, please allow 2-3 business days for UK orders and at least 7-10 business days for orders travelling internationally.
• If you need an item quicker please contact us directly and we can set up an option to ship with DHL upon request, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
• If there is a delay in shipping please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number, we are not responsible for any delays that might occur in transit.
• If there are any delays on our end sending out orders, we will contact you, usually we try and get orders out the door in 1-2 business days - Please keep in mind Mady Berry Makes is just one person who is trying to do the best they can to get your orders to you.
